Advanced Spine & Orthopedic Care

At Precision Spine & Orthopedics, patients are cared for by a dedicated team led by Nick Ghazarian, DO, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery and regenerative medicine. Dr. Ghazarian treats neck pain, back pain, nerve compression, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, joint pain, tendon injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions, offering nonsurgical treatment whenever possible and modern surgical solutions when needed.

Working alongside him is Emin Keshishyan, PA-C, a board-certified physician assistant with many years of experience in orthopedics and spine. Emin is involved throughout each patient’s care, from evaluations and follow-up visits to injections, treatment coordination, and postoperative management.

Together, they share one goal: to identify the source of pain, explain the options clearly, and build a personalized treatment plan that helps each patient move better, feel better, and get back to living.
